I am fortunate to not truly know the feelings of depression but I do have family members who suffer with it and in a small way understand it a little but unless you battle with it I dont think one can have any idea of what it is like.
Thanks for putting together this post although I can only imagine how hard it must have been to put together, but posts like this can help family and friends of those who suffer with depression better to understand and be supportive
