This is going to make things interesting in the ecosystem as besides there being only the community to combat spam now, quite a few of the applications that were mainly attractive because of the delegation they could use to reward their userbase, have next to no value left to offer.
How long do you think it is going to be before that 65 million STEEM POWER starts voting in the community to distribute the reward pool - do you think you are going to get any? By the way, that will activate 30% of the active staked Steem (Binance and Huobi aren't voting on content), which means that everyone else's effective power will drive respectively.
I hope you are ready to tell Justin exactly what he wants to hear so he can throw you scraps from his table. I know of at least one community that will be in line as they hated downvotes so much that they have held the entire community to ransom - and it looks like Justin is willing to pay the price.

I believe that was the last act of a desperate man.
Nothing his does surprises me or matters anymore.
He now has a big stain on his record that a few hundred blockchain enthusiasts closely witnessed.
Maybe we will eventually come to think of this as an inadvertent favor from him.
He has definitely tarnished his reputation and while the few hundred here say his crazy, so did the likes of CZ and McAfee and some of their followers.
Good thing steemstem never ever got support from the big leagues; I don't get to feel disappointed!

I think the Devs at Busy are Ded, not sure about tasteem, as I have never used it - because I am tasteless.
