Potato Puffer

So, I had some boiled potatoes left over and didn't want to be wasteful, usually you make the recipe with raw potatoes that you grate. That's the only difference from the "traditional" I would say.

Everything is written on the pictures and I think you can see it clearly.

Folhado de batata

Por isso, sobrou alguma batata cozida e não queria ser um desperdício, normalmente faz-se a receita com batatas cruas que se ralam. Essa é a única diferença em relação ao "tradicional", diria eu.

Está tudo escrito nas fotografias e penso que se pode ver claramente.

Kartoffel Puffer

So, ich hatte noch gekochte Kartoffeln übrig und wollte nicht verschwenderisch sein, normalerweise macht man das Rezept mit rohen Kartoffeln, die man raspelt. Das ist der einzige Unterschied zu dem "traditionellen" würde ich behaupten.
Alles steht auf den Bildern geschrieben und ist denke ich klar zu erkennen.
Einen tollen Montag soweit wie möglich euch allen.
