Nigeria since the inception of corona virus has been an absolute joke and the way the government has handled the issue of the lockdown has been totally unprofessional and unorthodox. Some days ago it was reported that the government has brought in Chinese doctors to help with the fight against corona virus in the country. But the question I kept asking was "why China of all the countries?" First I wouldn't like to tackle this from the root of the problems but I just want to put in that the Nigeria health sector has failed. Unpaid fees and lack of equipment I'm hospitals is where there's a large exodus of doctors migrating to countries like Canada to be exposed to better equipments and also better working conditions, so now why should Nigeria have to turn to China to get medical assistance?
First it's a no-brainer because China are still battling with the virus in the country without success, the have one of the highest death rate and this makes me get some certain kind of premonitions. Is it that the Chinese have some kind of test vaccinations and they're looking for healthy Nigerians to test it on? or would it be that there's been some sort of economic alignment which will benefit the Nigerian government financially? Is it that the Chinese government has some sort of dirt on the Nigeria government and holding them to ransom to do their bidding? Or is it that secretly Nigerians citizens are going to be made lab rats? Is it a coincidence that Bill Gate is launching a sort of vaccine the same time the Chinese are in Nigeria?
Nothing is ever certain with the Nigerian government. Some days ago, the office of the accountant general in Nigeria was gutted by fire and it was insinuated that the record of the billions of naira that was contributed by some personnel and organisations to fight COVID-19 has been burnt to ashes and it's surprising that one of the most guarded place in the federal capital territory can be gutted with fire. Many has been suspicious of the fact this is an attempt by some powerful entity in the country to cover the act of theft and thievery. This is of course the most shallow way to look at it but what if it's just more than that? In the past there's been do many cases of alleged entities stealing from the country's treasury but this time I think some personnel are trying to cover even the most devastating of crimes and have people think it's just an attempt to cover mere thievery.
First of, I think it's not a coincidence that all these events are happening at the same time, first I think the intentions of the Chinese in Nigeria is not humanitarian at all because China a very strict country is still suffering so why should they release their doctors to a country which has lesser cases then themselves if it's not going to be more than financially beneficial to them? I think it's more of playing the political long game, Nigeria owe some of her bloom and GDP rise to investing countries like China and knowing the Chinese to be strict practical people they'll stand more to gain from this deal but my worst fear is if they're not coming here to turn the citizens of Nigeria into lab rats with the vaccine in experimental stages. This would of course be the worst case scenario
But I however wondered, "why put the news of the doctors' arrival on national television if the Chinese doctors are here for nefarious purposes?" It then occurred to me that hiding their arrival in Nigeria would arouse more suspicion since the media isn't a place where such news can be hidden from for a long time. Like I said in the beginning, it's a no-brainer that Chinese doctors are here in Nigeria seeing how austere their country is plus doctor in their magnitude are needed to handle the ever increasing case in China. This would be that China has a lot to benefit from this and it would be better for Nigeria citizens to be wary of government offers at a vaccination.

It's a clear political move, probably initiated by China.
China wants to be seen as the new "World Power", and a replacement for the United States. I wouldn't be surprised if these so called "doctors" aren't even fully qualified medics. It wouldn't be the first time China sent fake things to Africa.
China, and the general Chinese population don't look favourably on Africans. (I'm being generous with my terminology). I'm sure you've seen videos circulating on the Internet about forced evictions and selective testing of Africans - something reminiscent of 1930's Germany.
Nigeria does not need "help". There are enough personal to handle what isn't really a crisis yet. There's sure as hell no need for a Chinese team. Nigerians are well versed in handling pandemics and viral outbreaks. See how well they handled Ebola.
Nigerians better be vigilant. I'm nearly certain that there is malicious intent. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that Nigerian officials were paid by China to have these men sent there. Also, there is NO vaccine available yet. Any Nigerian official that allows their citizens to be injected with some experimental poison has blood on their hands.
Nigeria's worst enemy, is the Nigerian government. Many of those government officials need to be prosecuted and held accountable. If they were truly tried according to the laws of the land, many of them would be executed for their crimes.
I am definitely not surprised with all the points you have stated above, truth is that there is so many shady things happening in the country and the arrival of the Chinese is the more reason why I began to piece everything together. thanks for clarifying the fact that there is no vaccine yet. However I do believe that the arrival of the Chinese in Nigeria is in collision with the Federal government of the country as well and they have a sort of unholy alliance that might harm the country.
The citizens on the other hand are more than naive, and one thing you are stated quite well is that Nigeria is equipped to handle such things as this but the corruption in the system is so deafening.
The country's resources are not well managed and from time to time you see things like arson being used to cover the most dangerous of crimes.

its well my brother, how naive our government can be over the vaccine situation, just hope Nigerian Government eyes will open sooner b4 thing will get even more worst it is now.
I think our government is even the biggest culprit in this situation really, but with time, I feel that the citizens will become wiser and well do better
I feel you. Here in the Philippines we imported a group of Chinese covid 19 expert.
There was an issue a couple of weeks ago that some of the test kits donated by China are inaccurate. Chinese embassy made a comment about and our health department back track. The government has been thanking and praising the Chinese efforts in combating this virus. This episode leaves a bad taste and I am not sure if I can trust the government anymore.
The Chinese people are almost everywhere trying to commit crimes and I really cannot blame your government because sometimes they bring some offers which this government cannot refuse. It will however be wise for your citizens to take heed and actually be vigilant
a couple of days ago two french doctors (professors actually) have said that they created a vaccine, now it should be tested on african people! After bad reactions they have defended themselfs that the first HIV vaccine has been tested on prostitutes! Can you imagine? That kind of plots dont sounds so crazy in this world..

I agree. There's really no reason for them to send their health workers to your country, when Nigeria is one of the countries that has the least number of cases of coronavirus. I am very suspicious of China's initiatives. Their media is censured so what they announce to global media is totally unreliable and not credible. They have hidden agenda and like you said, they want to be perceived as the next world power, replacing the United States.
I hope your government will not let its people be guinea pigs if let's say these Chinese doctors brought with them their "invented vaccinations".

There is no doubt that something ugly is incorporated with these doctors' visit. And for the Nigerian government to insist on the visit, in spite of public outcry and rejection shows democracy is not on ground in Nigeria.
But, time will tell.
