Love, Betrayal and Sorcerer (Original Animation) Some tips, discoveries and secrets

Hello! Yesterday we released a new cartoon called "Love, Betrayal and Sorcerer". The basis of history is the verse of the Russian poet Eduard Asadov. For this verse, we wrote music, made heroes and scenery.

Every time we do something like this, I notice mistakes and make discoveries. And in this post I will tell you about it.

Some tips, discoveries and secrets

The cartoon was made from pieces of video and frame-by-frame animation. These were hundreds of frames that were glued together.

Tips:

1 ) The biggest mistake and tip: ALWAYS fix the camera! The camera should almost always be on a tripod. Look for the right place and view until you find it. A fixed camera gives smooth animation.

2 ) Use the same lighting settings on the camera to avoid light surges.

3 ) Shoot until you get what you want. During the video editing process, errors are very difficult to fix, so a good source is the best material.

Discoveries:

I learned how to add hundreds of photos to Photoshop in just a couple of clicks.

To do this, use the following combination:

File>Scripts>Load files into stack

Next click Browse and select the necessary photos and add to the project.

Secrets:

1 ) Dolls flew with the help of threads. Then the threads were removed using Healing brush tool.

2 ) The fire was made using acetone for nails. I just poured it and set it on fire) But be careful!

3 ) The wind that blew on the dolls was made with a hairdryer.
