Steemfitnesshub Workout Challenge No 16: Wall Sit Exercise|| Are You Ready?

Greetings dear friends and lovers of fitness. #steemfitnesshub is here again to serve you with still another workout challenge - WALL SIT. This is the 16th number workout challenge, good for eight (8) group muscles of the body. This exercise burns out excessive cholesterol while balancing the normal body fat. So it's good for everyone fat or slim people.

Are you following up on all or at least some of our previous programs? Do you think you are improving on your fitness? Are you encountering any Challenge? Let's know what's up with you on this journey. Bring up what you feel about us, what we need to do to help you follow through.

Now to WALL SIT exercise, what is it, how many repeats and rounds are encouraging for you? Depending on your agility, but Steemfitnesshub Instructor01 is ready to take you through the process.
