BURPEE - THE NO. 5 WORKOUT CHALLENGE IS HERE. WOULD YOU BE PART OF THIS? #STEEFITNESSHUB

It's time to workout your full body, train your strength with this combination therapy called BURPEE. We did told you earlier that our activities will be progressive, taking into consideration every Steemian whether a trained gymnast or not. That's exactly the way it is, we are progressing from easier challenges to harder ones.

BURPEE involves combining three workouts in one stretch. You jump, squat and pushup. This type of exercise requires bringing out your inner strength to work, so it's a bit harder than the previous workout challenges we started with.

Are you afraid or faint hearted already? No please don't be. You can do it right, that's why steemfitnesshub is here to guide every step to fitness. You must not combine the whole three exercises at once as a beginner rather you can add only two types - Jumping and Pushup. In that case today's Burpee will combine only two workouts to make it easier for all of us.

We are going to showcase few pictures of the demonstration workout here then we direct you to the post of the Instructor02 responsible for this training to take you through the whole process. Be confident that you will gain maximum benefits out of this training. You will see why most people add Burpee to their regular exercise program.

From today's workout onward, begin to take note of your strength and energy. Notice the toning effects on your whole body. Check your mental cordination and balance, they will all improve. What about developing endurance? BURPEE helps you build your endurance.

Do not query yourself why you incorporate BURPEE because of the initial difficulty. Exert yourself, jump and squat or jump and pushup.
