Application for community curators for December 2024.
Dear steemit team, on this special occasion we introduce our application as community curators for the month of December.
We start with thanking the steemit team for this opportunity to participate in applying to become community curators for the month of December. The great changes by the steemit team to this very important office has enabled many steemians to rise to this all important task in a bid to add value to our ecosystem and we are privileged to apply. My team and I comprising of @shohana1, @rosselena and @alexanderpeace going by the name Girl’s Power team take hold of this great opportunity to bring our expertise, value and dedication to our ecosystem as we apply for this position.
It is great that this chance is given to us as we pledge to proof ourselves a dedicated and trust worthy team from different backgrounds and countries yet with one mind to work hand in hand with the steemit team to ensure the best for our ecosystem.

I joined this awesome platform in November 2017. I have been familiar with this platform for almost 7 years now and have been active on it for the past 4 years. I tried to complete almost all the projects offered by steemit team with my sincere participation for several months. I will participate and support all the projects and initiatives that will be taken by the Steemit team.
I'm Bangladeshi by birth and currently living in Dhaka city. I'm fluent in my native language Bengali which is also known as Bangla. Beside this I can read and understand (fluently) English and use translator for foreign languages and translate them in English most of the time. My first language is Bangla and second language is English. I also understand hindi and urdu language of my neighbor countries.
I am currently working as a Graphic designer, social media marketer, online earning platforms to expand my crypto knowledge about STEEM, BTC, ETH, BCH, MEME Coins and more. My professional background is home-based jobs online as a freelancer since 2013 when I was a student. During my college life, I started learning various skills online like graphic design, video editing and more. I have gained experience on cryptocurrency over the past 3 years. Moreover, I was a student of physics department, and completed my M.Sc in physics at B.L. College, Khulna, Bangladesh.
Highlighting some of my performance record in this platform:
Curator of writing Tag: I have been working on post curation with steemcurator04 for about 16 weeks continuously. It was when the initiative were launched by steemit team.
Later I got selection in team 01 with steemcurator04 once again and also worked as a part of Team 5 accessing steemcurator08 I have gained a lot of experience in post-curation by working with several awesome team members for around 7 months in the year 2022, few months in 2023 and this year on July as a part of team 06 accessing steemcurator08 once again.
I check each post before curating it and select best post with best quality. I don't allow personal recommendation for upvoting any kind of post here and I prefer doing my job professionally and honestly.
Holding club75 Status : Holding club75 status and trying to reach 4x dolphin club asap. I do power up weekly and doing this regularly to increase my voting power.

My name is Rosa Arteaga. I'm a nurse for more than 10 years and my username is @rosselena. My Journey on Steem began on April 17, 2021, since I first created my account, so I have more than 3 years, I am working everyday to be an active user who consistently shares posts with various themes. Being on the Steemit platform has led me to discover some new experiences that I've been working on. I was part of the steem fashion style community as a MOD for one month but I have to decline for some personal problem. As I joined this platform, I’ve tried to learn everything from other users right now I was part of the team 4 with the steemcurator06 account in October making a great work with my team mate and learning every day and I would like to continue with my learning and keep my growing in this platform

My Steemit journey began in 2021 and it’s been an awesome experience. I love to write and create explicit contents and when I met steemit I knew it was the best decision I had made. It’s been a roller coaster of amazing experiences for me on the steemit platform because steemit affected my whole personality and brought out the thorough and best part of me. Steemit taught me to be thorough, persistent and resilient and has improved my general knowledge about different aspects of life through my ardent engagement in the contests and different engagements, the steemit engagement challenge standing out amongst all my experiences.
Am an ardent supporter of the steemit projects and I had passionately introduced my friends and Colleagues to steemit and am also giving my time to mentorship as it required. I am active and I engage actively with other steemians through upvoting and engagement with useful contents.
Working presently as a curator has been a great experience to grow, learn and unlearn as I strived to work hand in hand with the laid down rules of the steemit team to uphold and support diligent steemians through curating their quality posts and comments which adds to the richness of the steemit ecosystem. I’d look forward to another opportunity to add more value to our great communities once again.

If we are give the rare opportunity of being curators for the month of December, we would diligently carry out all the rules that have been laid down by the steemit steem to support great, interesting and quality posts all through the different communities and on personal blogs too. We would also ensure that quality comments are well curated because a good comment is as great as a good post and these add to the overall quality of the Steemit ecosystem. We would ensure the hard work of deserving steemians are rewarded accordingly as long as they are not plagiarized or AI generated.
