Hi everyone! I Greet you all. Having completed my maiden achievement, I now moved forward to accomplishing my second achievement, and which is: "BASIC SECURITY ON STEEM".

These were the tasks or questions posed as far as this achievement is concerned:
1.Have you retrieved all your keys on steemit?

2.Do you know each of these keys functions?

3.How do you plan to keep your master key?

4.Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?

5.Do you Know how to power up your STEEM?

My Reply:

QUESTION 1:Have you retrieved all your keys on steemit?
ANS: Yes, I have.

QUESTION 2: Do you know how each of these keys function?
ANS: Yes, I do.Below are explanations to them;

1. POSTING KEY: With this key, it guarantees me to post, edit, comment, follow and vote in Steemit.But it can't be used for economic acts.

2. ACTIVE KEY: With this key, it is used for monetary associated actions. And it allows me to transfer and exchange steem tokens, power up steem and to order for an exchange.

3. OWNER KEY: This is the key that allows me to make changes to other keys. I can also use it to recover my account.Owner key is sometimes used to decline a voting right.

4. MEMO KEY: Memo Key is used to send and view encrypted messages as well as encrypting or decrypting private messages.

5. MASTER KEY: This is the most Important key that is used login into one's account and in total, it is used to manage the entire affairs of an account where most appropriately required.

QUESTION 3: How do you plan to keep your master key secured?
ANS: I secured my Master Key on my gmail account, my phone (with tight security) and also written down and kept at a safe and well secured place in my destination.

QUESTION 4: Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?
ANS: Yes, and below are the possible ways to go about it;

1. I have to first of all login into my steem wallet.

2. Then I select or click on the pointing down arrow on the (0.001 STEEM), as show below:
   

3. Then, I choose 'Transfer' by selecting or clicking on it, as shown below:
   

4. And then I fill in my username and the amount in their respective boxes, as shown below:

5.Then I confirm by selecting NEXT.

QUESTION 5: How do you power up your STEEM?
ANS: Yes, the procedure is shown below:

1. I will have to login into my steem wallet as usual.

2. Then I select or click on the pointing down arrow on the (0.001 STEEM), as show below:
   

3.Then I select "Power up"as shown below:

4.I then Input the amount to be powered up in the box provided and select Power up to confirm my action.
