Greetings to everyone on this great platform, It's been with great pleasure that I write again to accomplish my achievement 5 task 2 post. I would like to acknowledge, @cryptokannon, for their wonderful support and moderation for this great platform.

WHAT IS STEEMSCAN?

Steemscan is an exchange tool in steemit that is used for converting steem into other cryptocurrencies and it is built into the blockchain. It can convert steem into three different currencies and they include; BTC, USDT, and TRX.

STEEM PRICE AND VOLUME

As and when I was writing this post, the current steem price was at $0.53, which indicates a price decrement of $0.0531 giving us a 4.57% decrement.
And the trading volume of stem at that time was $11,742,627.80, which indicates a 113.92% increment in the trading volume.

1. Block ID

2. ID

3. Timestamp which indicates the time that the transaction took place.

4. Sender

5. Receiver

6. Type: this indicates the type of transaction the sender is performing. This includes; vote, commenting, transferring, claiming the reward, custom JSON, reblog, feed or publish, notifications, and opening and a closing limit order.

7. Amount/ Payload: this indicates the transaction amount the receiver is going to get.

HOW TO USE QUICK CONVERT

1.First of all, click on Menu and Select Quick Convert from the pop-up menu

2.Then Enter the amount of steem you wish to convert i.e. 100STEEM

3.Select the currency you want to convert to, say BTC.

4.Enter the currency withdrawal address, i.e. BTC withdrawal address.

5.Then click on create Order to complete the transaction.
