I hope we are all fit by God’s grace.
I am very enthused to present to you all my achievement 3 task, In which I will be talking briefly about my general knowledge about plagiarism.
I hope that you all will be with me and appreciate my effort.

PLAGIARISM
Is defined as the usage or taking a particular authors
contents (images, quotes, and ideas) to be used as your own content without seeking any permission from them, And as usual we all know that on this platform plagiarism act is not allowed and if done, this could lead your account to be muted or banned when you normally use other authors contents as your own.

Now let’s move on by knowing the various types of plagiarism.

PARAPHRASING PLAGIARISM: This is a type of plagiarism which is defined as a user taking another users content to check, change and remove certain words to be delivered as their own content in order to help them being caught.

COMPLETE PLAGIARISM: This is also a different type of plagiarism whereby a user reprints another users entire content to be used as his.

SELF PLAGIARISM: This is also another type of plagiarism in which users posts the same content in more than one communities, this type of plagiarism is not well known by a lot of people.

HOW TO AVOID PLAGIARISM
There are so many way to avoid plagiarism and noting of your own contents as instructed on the steemit platform.

1. Always make sure you give the authors credits and the maximum respect when using their contents in order to avoid plagiarism.

2. Always don’t forget to cite the source where you took your copyright from
(Images, ideas and expressions).

3. Users should be more creative in their own ways and having the confidence as well.
This will encourage one to write his or her own contents.

4. Using plagiarism checker will help one to stay away from any accidentally plagiarism contents.

5 Credit the original author in an in-text citation and reference list.
