10 books you should read before you are 30
Hello Steemit, I hope I met you all well.
I am happy to be back here and I promise to drop great content which I am sure you will benefit from.
Today, I will be sharing with you 10 books that I have read and which I believe you should read before you are 30 and the reasons why you should read them before you are 30.
As we all know, he who doesn't learn is like a dead man as personal development is very crucial for achieving our goals.
My desire to read books started when I attended a seminar and we were taught reasons why we should read.
The reasons are listed below:

- Exercise your brain
- Improve your focus
- Improve your memory
- Enjoy entertainment
- Improve your ability to empathize
- Improve your communication skills
- Reduce stress
- Improve your mental health
- Live longer
Firstly, I will list the 10 books I want to share with you and later I will give you reasons why I believe you should read them before you are 30 based on the personal lessons I learned from the books.

- Rich and Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki
- The Richest Man in Babylon by George S Clason
- How to win friends and influence people by Dale Carnegie
- Rise and Grind by Damond John
- Mindset (The new psychology of success) by Carol S Dweck
- The power of your subconscious mind by Dr Joseph Murphy
- Deep Work by Cal Newport
- The psychology of Money by Morgan Housel.
These are great books that will help you to make great decisions about your finance.
I started saving after reading The richest man in Babylon as there is where I discovered that you don't need to have a lot of money before you start saving.
I learnt to pay myself first before other things.
I promise you that you won't regret reading any of the books listed above as they will add something substantial to your life.
