THE DIARY GAME: MY DAY AS A MOM AND FAMILY OF THREE ON SATURDAY 25/01/2025
Good day wonderful steemians, As a mom of one just thought to share how my day went on a Saturday with you all my lovelies, and to share with you how I made Bean cake recipe for breakfast and how it's been done in the Northern part of Nigeria where i base
I woke up at about 7:00am in the morning, prayed together with my family, brushed my teeth and took my bath. My baby woke up at about 7:10am, I prepared his bath water and I set to bath him. After that fed him with pap, a mixture of grains for his breakfast. Then I went ahead to prepare my bean cake.
I started out by soaking the beans for easy removal of the chaff picture below
I added little salt to taste, no much ingredients is needed, as beans has it's own perfect taste.
My fluffy mixture of beans after the grinding and the mixing. Most people use manual hand mixer to get the mixture done. I don't have one, so this is mine
Frying process and the outcome, hope I'm not boring you at this moment, and I hope you'd try out my recipe and it's very appealing and it's a very nice dish to try out, and you won't be needing much ingredients to get it all done.

I paired it with a cup of pap, mixture of grains. And you can also eat it with bread. In the northern part where I based, this recipe is cherished a lot, as you can find it also everywhere you go. People have it for breakfast and also dinner.
PS: it's lucrative and it pass for good entrepreneurship, you can also do it to make money. And the sale is top notch. Most people do it around and make good sales from it.
