Achievement 3: Content Etiquette

Wishing you a good day, I am presenting ay Achievement 3 Where I will talk about Content Etiquette.
First of all, I want to say about Steemit. Steemit is such a platform where users post their quality content(educative, informative, entertaining, daily activities, etc) and earn through it. So contents have to be creative and original and obviously, it should be written on the user's own merit.
Content Etiquette
Content etiquette on Steemit is a set of rules that guide you while posting content and it protects your content from clutter or violence. Every user has to abide by these rules. Avoiding Plagiarism is one of them.
What is Plagiarism?
Plagiarism is an act of copying/ writing someone’s ideas, thoughts, and expressions without giving them(the owner) credit and passing them off as your own. It is just like stealing someone’s assets and it seems one kind of fraud. When a user acts like that it seems like plagiarized content. Plagiarism must be avoidable.
How can we avoid Plagiarism?

Users can use or copy a part of someone’s content on steemit. But other’s content ( ideas, thoughts, expressions, sentences )can be used by giving them credit. For this users need to use citations/quotations or > formation
For example:
Plagiarism is the act of writing content using someone else's idea or creativity without giving credit to them and then posting it as if it were your original idea. When you do this it makes your work a plagiarized content
Or,
if any sentence(s) is used, the user needs to add quotes.
For example:
“Plagiarism is stealing someone else's work and claiming it as your own.”
If you want to use some photos or images in your content, you should stay organic.
But if you give the picture from somewhere else in your own content, you have to add the link source of the image. I like to inform you that you can use (https://pixabay.com/) and( https://www.pexels.com/) which offers free to use images.
Overall I want to say to you that we all need to follow the rules. We should ignore plagiarism and try to make unique content and organic images. If not, you will cost downvotes and your article won’t rank.
