Hello Steemit friends, I'm @santghost and I introduce myself to all of you.

Un cordial saludo a todos en este ecosistema, soy Santiago Delgado, tengo 19 años de edad, soy hijo único y me ubico en Venezuela, cuidad Maracay – Estado Aragua. Me catalogo como repostero en ascenso y fanático de juegos móviles. Me he enfocado principalmente en darle una visión a el negocio de repostería llamado Dulce Cocina que mi pareja y yo construimos para emprender, me especializo actualmente en la exquisita receta de Torta de tres leches, (He creado una versión pero con cacao) Choco-Leche y Torta húmeda de chocolate. Estos conocimientos se han estado transfiriendo a mí desde mi abuela y madre que han sido reposteras, costureras y decoradoras de toda la vida, así que he agarrado este camino para emprender junto a mi novia, cuya motivación sirvió para fundar este negocio.
A cordial greeting to everyone in this ecosystem, I am Santiago Delgado, I am 19 years old, I am an only child and I am located in Venezuela, city Maracay - Aragua State. I consider myself as a baker on the rise and a fan of mobile games. I have focused mainly on giving a vision to the bakery business called Dulce Cocina that my partner and I built for entrepreneurship, I currently specialize in the exquisite recipe of Torta de tres leches, (I have created a version but with cocoa) Choco-Leche and Cake húmeda de chocolate. This knowledge has been transferred to me from my grandmother and mother who have been lifelong bakers, seamstresses and decorators, so I have taken this path to entrepreneurship with my girlfriend, whose motivation served to found this business.

He vivido toda mi vida en la casa de mi abuela, la cual tuvo 4 hijos entre ellos mi madre, Mis otros 2 tíos mayores y mi tío menor el cual sufrió un accidente de tránsito cuando yo estaba como a 4 años de edad. Actualmente mi tía se encuentra viviendo en Pensilvania junto a mi abuela, y mi tío Eduardo en Valencia España. Me considero amante de los animales, exceptuando los insectos me gustan casi todos, tengo una perrita actualmente llamada Chloe, he tenido tortugas e incluso tengo un gallo.
I have lived all my life in my grandmother's house, who had 4 children among them my mother, my other 2 older uncles and my youngest uncle who suffered a traffic accident when I was about 4 years old. Currently my aunt is living in Pennsylvania with my grandmother, and my uncle Eduardo in Valencia Spain. I consider myself an animal lover, except for insects I like almost all of them, I have a dog named Chloe, I have had turtles and I even have a rooster.

A lo largo de mi vida he participado en deportes como la natación, futbol, béisbol, Vóley ball e incluso el tenis mesa.
No me gustan mucho los deportes, el único que me atrajo fue el tenis mesa, principalmente por tener tanta intensidad de reflejos en una corta distancia. Aprendí a jugarlo en 2 años que estudie en una universidad cerca a mi casa, le dedicada tiempo en los recesos hasta que logre adquirir nivel y competir en la misma universidad. Me gusto a tal punto de conseguir mi propia mesa de tenis mesa hecha con 2 tablas de madera con tamaños muy similares a una real. Y bases de metal, conseguí mi propia malla, raquetas y mi abuela me enviaba cantidades de pelotas desde el exterior de vez en cuando.
Throughout my life I have participated in sports such as swimming, soccer, baseball, volleyball and even table tennis. I don't like sports very much, the only one that attracted me was table tennis, mainly because of having so much intensity of reflexes in a short distance. I learned to play it in 2 years that I studied in a university near my house, I dedicated time in the breaks until I managed to acquire level and compete in the same university.
I liked it to the point of getting my own table tennis table made with 2 wooden boards with sizes very similar to a real one. And metal bases, I got my own net, racquets and my grandmother sent me lots of balls from abroad from time to time.

Me considero una persona de pocos intereses, siempre me ha costado encajar en conversaciones con respecto a; “Que quieres ser cuando seas grande”. Así que no tengo una profesión definida que estudiar, un gusto directo en particular o una visión desde pequeño mía. Pero puedo decir que pasa el tiempo y mis nuevos intereses son más oportunos en la era de la tecnología, me ha atraído la repostería que me viene bien en tiempo de cuarentena a mis 19 años, donde puedo empezar desde mi casa, aprendiendo por internet y practicando con los utensilios necesarios que me ofrece mi familia. Se sorprenderían de las cosas innecesarias que guarda mi familia, pero son cosas que ayer no necesitábamos y hoy faltan, siempre previniendo malos tiempos.
Mi otra atracción es a los juegos en mi teléfono, les puedo decir que siempre he sido un adolescente muy metido en este mundo desde mis 10 años. He durado 15 horas jugando en una PC hasta descargar la batería de mi teléfono jugando sin parpadear, sin embargo en otras circunstancias, con un internet adecuado podría dedicar mi tiempo a subir contenido a un canal de juegos o una plataforma donde se haga streaming, pero por los momentos mis capacidades no me dejan.
I consider myself a person of few interests, I have always had a hard time fitting into conversations regarding; "What do you want to be when you grow up". So I don't have a defined profession to study, a particular direct taste or a vision from a young age of my own. But I can say that time passes and my new interests are more timely in the age of technology, I have been attracted to baking that suits me in time of quarantine at my 19 years, where I can start from home, learning online and practicing with the necessary utensils that my family offers me. You would be surprised at the unnecessary things my family keeps, but they are things that we didn't need yesterday and are missing today, always preventing bad times. My other attraction is to games on my phone, I can tell you that I have always been a teenager very much into this world since I was 10 years old. I have lasted 15 hours playing on a PC until I drained my phone battery playing without blinking, however in other circumstances, with a proper internet I could dedicate my time to upload content to a gaming channel or a platform where streaming is done, but at the moment my capabilities do not let me.
En mi opinión considero que mi propósito en Steemit será ofrecerles el sin fin de conocimientos que alberga mi familia y mis enseñanzas de día a día. Ya que he aprendido tantas cosas en el transcurso de 19 años que puedo ofrecer un contenido nutritivo a este ecosistema para beneficiar a cualquier lector que llegue a ver mis publicaciones.
In my opinion I consider that my purpose in Steemit will be to offer you the endless knowledge that my family has and my teachings from day to day. Since I have learned so many things in the course of 19 years that I can offer nourishing content to this ecosystem to benefit any reader who comes to see my publications.
También quiero agradecer a @manuelramos que me está dando la oportunidad de unirme a esta plataforma que era completamente desconocida para mí, por lo que me lo propongo como un reto y una oportunidad extraordinaria que espero que con dedicación y con los beneficios que Steemit ofrece como plataforma me ayudaran a cambiar mi manera de vida a mejor junto con mi familia, sin más nada que agregar, agradezco el tiempo de lectura

¡Hola Santiago! Hablo un poco español, but not enough to make an eloquent answer! I really enjoyed your introduction and the time and care you put into it! The fact that it is bilingual is definitely top-notch.
I’m not quite sure Steemit allows for easy editing, but I thought I’d point out that you forgot to translate your title for Mi propósito en Steemit. I hope this helps.
By the way, I so want to try your torta de tres leches! I don’t know if it’s anything like a Portuguese pastéis de nata, but it sounds delicious!

Hi Gregory, I'm glad you liked my presentation and I appreciate your comment, thank you for noticing the mistake, after so many codes I missed it. Regarding my tres leches cake, later I will upload a post on how you can make it, and compared to the Portuguese cream cake, this one is more moist and soft.
