Hello, steemian. Hope everyone is healthy and happy.
Today I am going to talk about the basic security system on steamit. As I have used social media accounts on different platforms I thought only a general password and normal login would be enough for steemit. It's different from the other site because I think it has one of the best security system as it has so many passwords for different purposes.

Different keys on steemit :
Private master password: The master password is important to have for account security. The password is generated automatically as it is so strong to break but everyone should have an offline copy of it for better security.

Private posting key: This password contains 50 characters and it's necessary for login purpose. This is the main thing to have because otherwise you can't access your account and do the stuff like posting, upvoting, comments and reply.

Private owners key: This password is mainly for the recovery of the account or to change a key.

Private active key: The private active key is needed for loging into the wallet to do stuff like power-up, transactions, converting SBD.

Memo key: This key is needed for the encryption and decryption of memo for transactions.

There are some Tron private and public keys too. These keys are help you to control your tron account.

Transfer the steem to other account. It can be your own account or another person's account. Just gave the right account name and how much steem to transfer the account, that's it. Its all easy to tansfer steem.

Anyone can easily power up by using steem. Just transfer the steem to the power up menu and thats it.

All the keys are important so i recommend to have a safe copy(offline). These keys can't be shared with a third party. No need to click any other link that may occur on the site.
