We're all trying to lose weight, right? Well, being overweight can be bad for your health, but can also be a huge burden on your wallet. According to my piece here, the majority of weight loss is derived from dieting.

So which diet to keep your whole body lean? They're all different. Fat burning is a process, there's nothing that works like one food, but as said, it does help a lot, so the main question I have is, what should you keep on eating if you want to lose weight?

I think the best diet you should follow is a vegetarian diet. There are lots of different categories of vegetarian diets, in my opinion, the one to follow is the paleo diet.

Paleo diet

Paleo diets refer to the age-old based vegetarian diet. This diet was also developed in the late nineteenth century. By making these diets the focus of your life, the high amount of total calories gained is significantly less than the other diet you will opt to eat.

Calculate your weight loss, calculate your daily calorie burn

An animal-based diet has a calorie surplus, meaning if you eat an animal that weight would make you weigh more than you weigh now.

The paleo diet delivers low-calorie meals (which are generally whole foods) regularly. This weight loss would be picked up quickly. If you're just getting started and don't quite know what you're doing, it will be difficult to lose weight within a couple of weeks.

This will be because the plant-based meals you are doing are fairly easy to make, with almost zero impact on the amount of time it takes to gain a pound.

It's easy to track how much weight you're gaining. You can then use this data to calculate the prediction of your weight loss. To make this work, you will have to take a few different charts.

Calculating a weight loss also shows your actual weight loss daily.
