And good ventilation.

  1. Exercise. I need to be active for an hour every day so play on the ground, and getting outside to play on the ground is one way to be sure that l am happy. I can certainly exercise indoors, but playing on the ground outdoors — especially with something like a ball or a bike — encourages active play, which is really the best exercise for humanity and expansion of life.

  2. Executive function.playinying on the ground These increase my skills to help others to plan, prioritize, troubleshoot, negotiate, and multitask; they are crucial for our success. Creativity falls in here, too, and using our imagination to problem-solve and entertain ourselves. These are skills that must be learned and practiced — and to do this, l need unstructured time. They need time alone and with others, and to be allowed (perhaps forced) to make up my own games, figure things out, and amuse myself. Playing on the ground gives me the opportunities to practice some important life skills.

  3. Taking risks. playing on the ground expose me to certain risks to developed talent and good community of friend on health Fishing keeps you fit. While going for fishing.

GOING FISHING
1 By going fishing your main muscle groups, heart and lungs are all getting a good work out. Choosing a fishing spot that's within walking distance of your house, or a 10 to 15 minute walk from your house, is an obvious boost to aerobic exercise. But setting up, casting off and then winding in hundreds of small fish calls for a bit of strength. Let alone some of the huge carp or pike you can find in our waters. It engages the shoulders, back, arms, core and legs in an active workout.
