My presentation and expectations about Steemit

Hello Steemit community, especially Steem Greet

I was supposed to make my presentation a couple of days ago; however, my friend @pnessy recommended that I review and research a little bit about the mission, vision and functioning of the Steemit social network. Since it has been @pnessy and my cousin @flores39 who have encouraged me to be part of this virtual space, I was obedient and spent several hours in interesting readings; @pnessy told me to review the publications and follow the social work that @mariita52 has been developing with the orientation of new Steem users. So following the laborious track of @mariita52, I arrived to this interesting community destined to offer help to those who start the fascinating path of steemians.

Then, thanks to @pnessy I could know some of the work that @mariita52 does and for it I landed in the track of Steem Greet, taking me the pleasant surprise that @cmp2020 had prepared a pedagogical welcome in two excellent posts loaded with information that has been very helpful to make my presentation. By the way, I have not said my name yet, I am Gilberto Gazcón, a young man of 21 years old, second son of a marriage between two wonderful beings, Luis and Juliana; who have given me love, education, family formation and principles based on ethical and human values.

I am a student of mechanical engineering, currently unemployed from my university studies for economic reasons. My knowledge about automotive mechanics is a mixture of empirical, formal training and innate talent, I could question my beloved mother about my birthplace, she tells me that I was born in the central hospital of Maturin, Monagas state, where I reside; however, my heart vibrates that I was born in a mechanical workshop, hahahahaha... I take it back, it's a little joke. I came into the world in a delivery room and not in a workshop full of grease and screws...

Apart from having a talent for repairing damaged vehicles, I like to spend time reading about topics of interest for my personal training and academic growth. My mother instilled in me an interest in philosophy and history, while my paternal uncles led me to the path of computers and, to a lesser extent, video games; instead, my gentle father and grandmother instilled in me a love of natural life; the importance of plants, animals and all living things in the balance of nature.

I conceal the registration of the vehicle for personal and professional reasons.

I grew up in a home full of love, joy and deep respect for others; this is why I was educated to learn to love myself in order to feel this wonderful feeling for others. Being disciplined is part of the behavior I learned with my parents and my beloved sister Ana. In fact, the comfort I feel in this virtual community space is largely due to my discipline, as well. I look for meaning and relationship in everything to string together ideas. The informative succession that began with @pnessy, followed with @mariita52 and continues with @cmp2020 is not fortuitous, it is a product of my discipline to process the recommendations, verify the information and expand my knowledge about how I had to present myself.

I don't remember reading any word limit in the presentation, a quality that has generated opportunities for me is my talkative condition. I like to talk, read and write. By the way, I reviewed other publications, including @cryptokannon on support for steemians under 500 Steem Power. Thanks to the information published by the moderators, as well as @pnessy and @flores39, it is clear to me that Steem Power is the gasoline that drives the user account engine. Well, words from @flores39 who made it possible to create my account and lent me fuel to move around while generating my own Steem Power.

Thanks to the publication of @cmp2020-lite, I was able to add date and username to the presentation poster. This picture was taken on 06/19/2020, in the middle of a nice rain while I was checking a vehicle.

My knowledge about the cryptographic world is relatively poor, I have heard about Bitcoin, but I have not been interested in research. Some friends and family had been talking to me about Steem for several months, but I wasn't motivated to find out details. Now that I have started working on this Blockchain Steem, I will set myself goals to raise my awareness of this and other cryptomontages. I think it's good that you've gone into the hospital, it's not crazy to think that some client will cancel the services provided by Steem. Sounds great and I like the idea. Just as I arrived here by reference of @pnessy and @flores39, I will be carrying invitations for my circle of friends and clients to register at Steemit and take their first steps from Steem Greet, where a team of willing and quality human leaders are ready to support them in integrating and expanding into the Steem community.

My expectations are summarized in three components: integration, commitment and expansion. I want to get actively involved in the community to relate with other users who are starting and those who have more experience as Steemians; the commitment and discipline will allow me to set real and achievable goals and objectives to grow as other users who have dedicated time to the various activities that are developed to strengthen the community. This integration and commitment to the community will generate opportunities for expansion that I am sure I will know how to take advantage of and be grateful for in the best way.

I think that the presentation was a little long; however, I am pleased to have expressed all that I wanted to develop in this first publication.
