Entering in to the TOP FIVE we have at 5th place the President of UAE. Well I am short of words to say the least, if his Vice President the emir of Dubai have a net worth of $4 billion then the president will naturally top that and that he did and did well with a net worth of $15 billion and of course a large chunk comes from his Investments from the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority.

At number 5 we have THE KING OF SAUDI ARABIA, Coming from a family which has a net worth of no less than $21 billion as at 2005 according to Forbes, Saudi Arabia controls over 18% of the world’s oil, and As such their King has a net worth of $18 billion

Entering into the big Leagues. In third place is the Handsome Sultan of Brunei with a net worth of $20 billion as the saying goes, As small is Brunei, as rich is its Sultan. majority of his fortunes comes from the Oil and Gas Industry

He is the wealthiest monarch in the world, with a net worth estimated to be between $30 billion and $70 billion.

And in First Place is none other than the current President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, who is currently the world’s richest president, having an estimated fortune of over $40 billion he has a fortune consisting in stakes of some big Russian companies like the oil company Surgutneftegaz and the natural gas monopoly Gazprom among others.
