Steem volume is amount of space contained in steem.

2.Please explain What all information is shown under latest transactions and latest blocks section?

Latest transaction gives preview of all recent transactions performed in details. The information contained on the latest transactions are block ID,timestamp id,sender and receiver ID, type of receiver |permlink| id, types and amount |%| payout. By showing details of latest transaction indicate transparency.
There's no latest transaction as of today on the image below

Blockchain section gives. Information on latest mined block, these information are heights, ID, Timestamp, No of transaction and the user ID that mined it.

3.Please explain What all information is shown under Witnesses section and steps to vote a Witness?

To access the witness column go to menu click on it when it opens select the witness. The witnesses column contains information such as last block, height and current witness below is active button.
Information contained on the witnesses rank,witness, status, and version, price feed,vote.

To vote for witness click on the vote button and scroll to witness to get information on witness will click on it, it will display informations like block ID , ID, sender, receiver, click on it and perform your transaction.

4.Please explain What is DApps and mention 3 DApps which you have already used or may use in future as per your interest?

Dapps is a decentralized application that runs on a decentralized computing system.

Dapps can run on a peer-to-peer or blockchain network. Being decentralized means it owns and control by the users and they can make collective decisions. The three Dapps I have used our steemit, trust wallet and steemscan.

5.Please explain How to use "Quick Convert" and what is the fee charged for different Steem amount for withdrawal?

Quick convert is a part all the features on Steem scan.com used for steem swapping that means you can convert to any other cryptocurrencies of your choice like BTC ethereum or tron.
Conversion fee of 1.03 is charged to convert USDT to steem

For BTC a fee of 0.0050113 is charged

To convert Steem to tron a fee of 0.57 tron id charge.

6.Please explain what information is provided by the "Search" feature?

The search feature provides information about steem users to obtain such information go to the search button click on it insert the username you like to conduct research on, it will open and give you access to explore, search for the block collect its details such as timestamp, number of transaction and other details. It's not limited to users, it can also be used to search on a witness.
