I hope we all are doing well. I’m very excited to continue my achievement 3 task.Which talks about my general knowledge about plagiarism.

PLAGIARISM

Plagiarism simply states that using authors ideas ,images and work and making it your own content without any acknowledgment.
Using someone’s work without recognizing them may lead your account be muted or banned.
One can plagiarize but there are types of plagiarism one must know and they are stated below;

PARAPHRASING PLAGIARISM

This type of plagiarism happens when user use another user content to replace and take out some words to be posted as their own work to keep away from been caught.

COMPLETE PLAGIARISM

This is a type of plagiarism is where a user reproduce another user whole work and make it their own.

SELF PLAGIARISM

This is a type of plagiarism where a user post same work in more than one communities. This plagiarism people don’t know about about it but it one type of it.

HOW TO AVOID PLAGIARISM
There are so many ways to avoid plagiarism and post some work in your own way as it has been instructed by steemit platform.

1.Remember to give reference or acknowledge the authors when using their contents to avoid plagiarism.

2.Remember to site the source where took your copyright images,ideas or works from.

Been be more creative and going down in their own ways and get the courage will help one to write good contents.

The use of plagiarism checker will make you stay away from any accidental plagiarism works.
