PLAGIARISM is the act of stealing the work of another author without referencing him / her. It is seen as the indirect access to the literary work of an author and presenting as your own work and idea. Generally, plagiarism is an offense against the author of that work.

WHAT CAUSES PLAGIARISM? There are some things that leads one to plagiarize and they are:

a. Lack of information I.e ignorance.
b. Laziness : this can be found common amongst student's.

For example, most students tend to be very lazy to do their assignments they keep postponing it until it's late and they have limited time to do the work they tend to copy and paste other people's work.

c. Low Self Esteem: this plays a role of low confidence in one's self. You always doubting your capability thereby not being able to think creatively and produce your own article.

1. If you must use one's work make reference.
2. Think and create your own work.
3. Make research and get knowledge about what you want to write and organize it in your own way.
