You are very thorough in finding the oddity of the first image, it shows his carelessness in completing the edit. I don't understand the purpose but what is certain is that if you look closely, the intention is to show that this user is real. I don't know if skills are needed to edit .. all one needs is an AI that obeys but that's hard, I tried it for weeks and they ignore me plus they want you to live in a certain world I am no part of, and don't understand.
I can change and pick my choice jpeg or jpg just as I like, what is it Canva provides us with? Wait why don't we ask @beart what he used. We might learn something new which isn't bad.
