ACHIEVEMENT2 TASK BASIC SECURITY ON STEEMIT BY @ IFIOKU

Hello am happy to come back again to steemit to write after some months of i Active, i have written Achievement1 so am writing Achievement2 now which is basic security.

Security is very very important in all aspects of life, when daddy is in the house every member of the house feel safe but he travels the.children will not look for trouble knowing that Daddy is not around, so feeling of safety helps the heart to relax.

Now on Steemit we can have the same feeling of safe if only our keys are safe.the key we had on registration.

• Have you retrieve all your keys?

• Yes they are posting key

• Owner key

• Memo key

• Master password

• Active King

• Do you know the functions and restrictions of those keys

Each of the has it's own function , Master password helps to generate new keys so we need to keep it safe

• Owner key has the power to reset password and you can also use it to recover an account

• Posting key is to make a post, resteem a post, upvote a post, follow people on steemit, to login into your steemit account you need posting key

• Active key is monetary purpose on Steemit, like delegation, transfer of steem and power up

• Memo key is for decrypting especially on cryptocurrency

• how do you plan to keep your master password safe?
  I have service in my email save it in my Google account I also written it out if you kill yourself safe place

• Do you know how to transfer you're still token to another user

Log in to your Steemit wallet with Active key, click on transfer

The input Username and amount in the next page and click on next

• Do you know how to power up your steem token
  Login to your wallet on the drop down arrow click on it then click power up

Input amount you want to Power up and click on power up

Click ok

In conclusion i will do my best to keep my keys safe and i hope you all will do the same, this is how i understood the functions and restrictions of all the keys
