Hello everyone, I'm here to share what I have learned and understood on this platform about security from articles on the platform by people like @cryptokannon and how for example the posting key allows you to post, comment, edit, vote, resteem, and follow or mute other accounts on the platform, and then we have the active key which lets you do more sensitive tasks such as sending of funds from your account, powering up or down, converting steem dollars, voting for a witness, updating profile details and placing market orders. We also have the owner key which is the most powerful key and is meant to be used when necessary because it can change any key of an account. This key is best stored offline. Lastly, we have the memo key which is used for encrypting and decrypting memos when sending funds.

I have also learned about steem wallet through @kiwiscanfly's article about understanding your steem wallet works how there are three different types of steem, which are; steem, steem power and SBD - steem backed dollar. He briefly explained how the first one steem is the liquid form of steem which can be transferred or used in the internal market and the second one which is the steem power is like an investment in steem inc. itself and how having more of the steem power(SP) allows you to comment and make transactions like posting and it will also give you more influence and help your account grow. Lastly the third one is the Steem Backed Dollar (SBD) which can be traded for steem in the internal market or transferred to another user.

I plan to keep my master password by saving it on my online drive, my physical hard drive and also offline.
