Hello fellow steemians and friends.
I just wants us to learn something small about plagiarism but before then, let cast our minds back to when we were in primary school. In primary school,our friends always deprive as from copying their work.We all knew by then that copy work was not something to entertain by the society especially the original owners of the work.This unecouraged attitude has managed to find a dwelling placeg in some people and they grew up with it.Due to the presence of these people in our societies, most authors now feel reluctant in their production because they know very well that at the end of the day, those people will illegally use it. In other to help authors benefit from their sweat, some rules were enacted which are known as the copyright laws.

Plagiarism is the representation of another author's language, thoughts, ideas, or expressions as one's own original work. In educational contexts, there are differing definitions of plagiarism depending on the institution.

copyright law protects a lot of intellectual properties including music ,videos, text, videos, images and so on .

common types of plagiarism include;

DIRECT PLAGIARISM
Direct plagiarism is the word-for-word transcription of a section of someone's else work without attribution and without quotation marks.

SELF PLAGIARISM
This is when someone mixes his or her work with an old original work of her's
without permission.

ACCIDENTAL PLAGIARISM
accidental plagiarism occurs when someone forget to cite a source or misquote their source.

MOSAIC PLAGIARISM
This is also known as patch writing.This occurs when writer borrows a phrase from a source without using quotation marks.
HIRED PLAGIARISM.

This is a station when someone is paid to write an essay on behalf of kind of plagiarism is normally found among students.

 The best way to avoid plagiarism is to 
      understandd what it is.        Then we 
    must avoid committing either accidental or intentional plagiarism
  1. Always remember to quote your phrase when it's been picked from a source.
  2. Always try to do an independent work

Hi @husein97 I hope you are well, after reviewing your achievement 3 i must inform you that this does not meet the requirements established for validation according to the Newcomers' Community.

“You must use one of the citation examples described in the explanation of achievement 3, For this you must make a post of no less than 200 words of your authorship about what plagiarism is and additionally include the aforementioned examples (they will not be counted within 200 words)”.

“All the content used that is not 100% of your authorship must be cited according to what is described in the protocol of achievement 3”.

Use the citations to identify the content that is not of your authorship, remember that the other part of the post must be of your authorship and not less than 200 words.

Make the corrections and I will come back to verify your achievement
