¿What is plagiarism?

R=) We commit plagiarism when a work is disclosed, published or reproduced in the name of a person other than the true one, undermining their moral rights, since their authorship is usurped and their economic interests are defrauded. Authorization of its author, true author, author different from the original.

1.) ¿What is plagiarism and how do you plan to refrain from it??

R=) After meeting him, I realized that many times I use the work and ideas of others as if they were my own, regardless of where that foreign information came from..

How to avoid "PLAGIARISM "

R=) To avoid plagiarism, I recommend when looking for images or texts of real people "free of author" identify the source of the page and the license of each image, make sure that it is "free of author" before using it.

Otherwise and the image is not "free of author" you will be committing "PLAGIARISM".

When copying and pasting information from the texts of the web pages you will also commit "PLAGIARISM" since you are removing foreign information that prevents you from being taken for any personal benefit since that information (HAS OWNER)

EXAMPLE :

To search for images of real people, which are not there, I go to the Google tab, in search I put the image I need, example: plagiarism image.

Being in the images, I choose tools and in tools, I display use rights and I choose, "Creative Common Licenses" example:.

Here we choose the image that we are going to use and it will take us to the next page.

While there we click on "LICENSE DETAILS" and we will know if it is free of copyright or not, it will redirect us to the page https://creativecommons.org

R=) We must use these codes to identify the source of the page where we will copy the image and the license that will indicate that the image can be used because it is free of copyright.

Aquí vengo a participar en mi tercer logro, agradecido con nuestra compañera @tocho2 por impulsarme a seguir participando en los logros para llegar a ser alguien con influencia en esta gran red social @steemit.

¿Que es plagio?

R=) Cometemos plagio cuando se divulga, publica o reproduce una obra a nombre de una persona distinto del verdadero, atentando a sus derechos morales, ya que se usurpa su autoría y se defraudan sus intereses económicos. autorización de su autor, verdadero autor, autor diferente al original.

1.) ¿Qué es el plagio y cómo piensa abstenerse de este acto?

R=) Después de conocerlo, me di cuenta que muchas veces utilice el trabajo y las ideas de otros como si fueran mías, sin impórtame de donde provenía esa información ajena.

Ahora se que no debo (PLAGEAR) por que no me gustaría, que otros se aprovecharan por ningún motivo de mi trabajo, así como yo lo hice por no tener el conocimiento de lo que era el (PLAGIO). Gracias a "STEEMIT" y a el compañero @esteban85, ahora conozco muy bien del tema!

2.) ¿Qué entiendes por abuso de derechos de autor?

R=) Para mi, viene siendo lo mismo que acabo de explicar en la parte anterior, utilizar el trabajo y las ideas de otros como si fueran mías. Y después de investigar, me entero que se puede ser juzgado por la ley de:

"ABUSO DE DERECHO"

Como evitar el " PLAGIO "

R=) Para no hacer plagio, yo recomiendo a la hora de buscar imágenes o textos de personas reales "libre de autor" identificar la fuente de la pagina y la licencia de cada imagen, asegurarse que este " libre de autor " antes de utilizarla.

De no ser así y la imagen no este "libre de autor" estarás cometiendo "PLAGIO".

Al copiar y pegar informaciones de textos de las paginas web también cometerás " PLAGIO " ya que estas sacando una información ajena que te impide ser tomada para ningún beneficio propio ya que esa informacion (TIENE DUEÑO)

EJEMPLO :

Para buscar imágenes de personas reales, que no se encuentren allí, me dirijo a la pestaña de Google, en búsqueda coloco la imagen que necesite ejemplo: imagen de plagio.

Al estar en las imágenes, elijo herramientas y en herramientas, desplego derechos de uso y elijo, “Licencias Creative Common” ejemplo:.

Aquí elegimos la imagen que vamos a utilizar y nos llevara a la siguiente pagina.

Estando allí damos click en "DETALLES DE LA LICENCIA" y sabremos si esta libre de autor o no, nos redijira a la pagina https://creativecommons.org

Dedes aqui les comenzare a dar un ejemplo de como debería ser y quedar.

¿Cómo citas correctamente una imagen o publicación? Muestre también los detalles de la licencia?

R=) Debemos utilizar estos códigos para identificar la fuente de la pagina donde copiaremos la imagen y la licencia que nos indicara que dicha imagen la podemos usar por que es libre de autor.

EJEMPLO:
