Achievement 3 by @felipesr: Content Etiquette

Hi everyone!

I hope you are still doing well during these tough times. For this time, I need to write my third achievement which describes the content etiquette in Steemit and the different types it has.

Plagiarism is basically using someone's work as your own without any mention or merit to the original author. This is seems as plagiarism as it is not an act of good behavior and that can be sanctioned if it is found in certain occasions.

There are different types of plagiarism which are described below:

1. Direct plagiarism: this is probably the worst of all kinds of plagiarism, as it adopts all or parts of the original's author publication in the exact way that is written. This means that not even a single word or phrase is changed from the original version.

2. Self-plagiarism: when someone presents his own work in a new study by supposingly saying is new content and not ever-used before. It could be compared as a cinema re-lease.

3. Mosaic plagiarism: this kind of plagiarism happens when an individual use certain sentences from the author without any referrals to create some similar content.

4. Accidental plagarism: this occurs when the author fails to spell, link, or directly omits the original source from where the information has come.

It is essential to understand this points in order to get full view about why plagiarism is so important and the consequences it may bring are all but positive.

Espero que os siga yendo bien en estos tiempos difíciles. Por esta vez, tengo que escribir mi tercer logro que describe la etiqueta de contenido en Steemit y los diferentes tipos que tiene.

El plagio es básicamente usar el trabajo de alguien como propio sin ninguna mención o mérito al autor original. Esto parece un plagio ya que no es un acto de buena conducta y que puede ser sancionado si se encuentra en ciertas ocasiones.

Existen diferentes tipos de plagio que se describen a continuación:

1. Plagio directo: este es probablemente el peor de todos los tipos de plagio, ya que adopta toda o parte de la publicación del autor original en la forma exacta en que está escrita. Esto significa que no se cambia ni una sola palabra o frase de la versión original.

2. Autoplagio: cuando alguien presenta su propio trabajo en un nuevo estudio suponiendo que es un contenido nuevo y nunca antes utilizado. Podría compararse con un reestreno cinematográfico.

3. Plagio en mosaico: este tipo de plagio ocurre cuando un individuo utiliza ciertas frases del autor sin ninguna referencia para crear algún contenido similar.

4. Plagio accidental: se produce cuando el autor no deletrea, enlaza u omite directamente la fuente original de donde ha salido la información.

Es fundamental entender estos puntos para tener una visión completa sobre el porqué del plagio y las consecuencias que puede traer son todas menos positivas.
