Hello everybody of the Newcomers Community. Hopefully, all of you will be good and happy and I wish you all the best in the future. This is my Achievement 4 post that is on the topic Applying Markdowns. So, have a look on the task for this post.
Mir Taqi Mir
In this post I am going to discuss the most popular and the most loved personality of the Sub-continental Hindus and Muslims. I am going to talk about Mir Taqi Mir who is also known as the Father of Urdu Poetry. He was a poet as well as a very good philosopher of the time. His poetry is loved very much in the public of Subcontinent.
Muhammad Taqi (1722 / 23-1810) was born in Akbarabad (Agra) to a very middle-class family. His father, a kind and gentle man of high spirituality wanted him to follow the path of piety and to be mentored by Syed Amanullah, a young man who respected Mir's father. Mir was of just eleven years when his father passed away. Mir had to take care of himself then and thereafter. Since he was looking for a source of livelihood, he went to Delhi where he met Khawaja Muhammad Basit, a kind man who introduced him to Nawab Samsadullah with whom he was kind. The Nawab provided him with a job and he started writing and poetry for the Nawab but it did not last long as he was killed in an attack by Nadir Shah. Once again, Mir wandered between Delhi, Agra, and its neighborhood, garnering unparalleled support from many chiefs to meet his daily needs.
