You are welcome to my blog today. Irrespective of my achievements2 task, I took the step to fulfil it said as my understanding on steemit security system.

In the 21st century today, it is known that every organizational system of operation should protect their projects reason being that any password or key can be tempered, in order for the firm not to be hacked nor tempered it is therefore adviceable to secure indispensable keys. Whereas on the Steem blockchain, every account has its own keys which is indispensable.

Steemit keys is seen in four ways.👇
• Posting key
• Active key
• Owner key
• Memo key

Posting key:

Posting key pave way to activities like: publishing content, commenting, and voting. This key is not used for monetary compensation it's rather use for the above mentioned and is what we actually use to login on the Steemit platform.

Posting key function!.
• It's key function is to write and post, commenting and upvoting,
• it is use for editing a post equally
down voting other publications
• Muting a post and following users is done through posting key.

Posting key is the first key that creat a room to the Steem blockchain though steemit has other key used to access your steem wallet, it is the "Master key" it is used to viewing of the posting key and other keys in the wallet, one is advised to secure it carefully, ideally offline, on a placard where no one can get.

Owner key
The Owner key has so much ability in the steemit chain equally other keys. With this key, you can regain your lost account.

Function of Owner key.
• Owner key is use for resetting active and posting keys
• It can be used to reclaim an account

Active key:
Active key is also valuable in the steemit platform. Infact as it seems, Its the only key that authorizes you to accomplish monetary related actions on your wallet. Yes the key is indispensable to all other keys because its give you access to your tokens. If lost it can't be recovered. You are instructed to secure it carefully and well save. Not to be compromised.

Functions of active key:
• Transferring of tokens from one account to another.
• It's used to power up staking, or power down steem
• It is also used to place other in the steem internal market etc.

Memo key:
Momo is however not for use on any monetary transactions currently.. albeit utilized for decrypting and encrypting Private information on the blockchain.

All the above listed keys are meant to be save carefully, if possible on a placard.. that is the best way your account wouldn't or can't be compromise or get to a third party. If your key aren't secured and are compromised then you will have to blame yourself because you barely would have access to your steem tokens.

Have you receive all your keys on steemit?
Sure! I received it the first day I was Introduced and engaged the platform.

Do you know each of these key purposes and rules?

Yes! During the exploration of the four key, I am sure I could defend that I know their functions and how they work equally how to use them.

Question 3
How do you intend to keep your master password?

As I said earlier, it is better your keys are save on a placard either ways in a flash drive, but for me I adopt placard. Don't do online stuff because I hate stories that touches the heart.

Question 4
Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?.

In view of this 👆, I have understood how to transfer steem token to another account. below you would find a proof on how to go about it.

Step 1
Visit your steem wallet and click on any of the token you would like to transfer, it can be Steem or SBD and click on a drop down menu below.

Step 2
Click on transfer,VA menu will show up showing recipient and amount of Steem to sent.

• You input the necessary requirements and next

Then click on okay to accomplish the transaction.😊

Question 5
Do you know how to power up your STEEM?

Sure! I took my time to review my wallet as a matter of fact I just did powered up equally convert my little SBD to Steem currently. Proof bellow.👇

Foremost, login to Steemit, in your wallet page. Click on the drp down Steem.

Next, Input the amount of Steem you want to power up and click on next

Lastly,
Click on okay simultaneously with the first method mentioned on how to transfer to successfully done. ✅

Firstly, click on a drop down SBD, menu will show up.
Next, click on Market, where you put in the amount of SBD to convert and click on Buy-Steem

Lastly, click on Ok to successfully done.✅
