Hi great steemians, am so delighted to be part of this wonderful community. Hope we are all doing well? Thanks for making it possible for me to complete my achievement-1 successfully by your supports, upvoting and more… I will be posting my achievement-2 task here, please do well and follow me to the end.

Have you retrieved all your keys on steemit?
Yes, I have retrieved all the keys during my first time of logging in on steemit and the keys are; master key, posting key, active key, owner key and memo key. I have also do as well to save the keys on a safer storage.

Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?
Yes, I know each of these key functions and the restriction as I will explain them below:

Posting key: is the key that is usually used for steemit activities, it allow user to comment, post, vote, edit, follow other account and resteem.

Active key: this key is necessary for more sensitive tasks which allow power up/down, transferring of funds, convert steem to dollar, voting for witness, updating profile details and placing market order.

Owner keys: this is the most powerful key of all that have the ability to change any other key of an account and it can also use to recover accounts that have been compromised.

Memo key: this key is use when transferring funds by encrypting and decrypting memos. Before encrypting a memo use pound/# sign

How do you plan to keep your master password?

Master password is the biggest of all that is used to derive all keys, once it is access by other person, account and tokens can be stolen. Therefore I will carefully store it on my storage saver such as flash drive, email, offline mode, and folder.

Do you know how to transfer your steem tokens to another steem user account?
Yes, I know how to do the transaction by following the steps below;
To transfer, first login in with your private key, then it will displace your dashboard, then click on your wallet.

On your wallet you will see BUY STEEM; just below it is another icon e.g. (0.005 STEEM) clicks on it to show the necessary action you want to perform.

Click on the first action (transfer) then it will direct you to another page (Transfer to Account) where you have to impute your account username and your receiver’s username, and amount to transfer, then click the next option.

Do you know how to power up your STEEM?
Yes, I can do that as well…
To power up, login in with your private key and on your dashboard, click on your wallet Just below the BUY STEEM, click on the icon e.g. (0.005 STEEM) just as I have explained above.

Click on power up, it will also direct you to another page where you will input the amount you want to power up then click on the power up button.
