Achievement2 by @Cryptsam : Basic Security on Steem
Hello, How're you doing.
This is my Achivement2 post on steemit, it's based on how well newbies understand the basic security on steemit.
So as to be save and not lose your account, you need to safely keep all your account keys, which are gotten once you register on steemit.
Your account keys shouldn't be shared with anyone, including third party apps.
Doing so can lead to your account being compromised.
Your account keys include:
Posting key for everyday logins
Active key when necessary for transfers, power ups, etc.
Master password or owner key when changing your password.
Question 1
Have you retrieve all your keys on steemit?
Yes, I have and i've stored them safely.
Question2
Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?
Yes, I do
Posting key for everyday logins
Active key when necessary for transfers, power ups, etc.
Owner key when changing your password.
Question 3
How do you plan to keep your master password?
I plan to key completely offline, written down in a notebook somewhere safe.
Question 4
Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?
Yes, I do.
First you go to your steemit wallet.
Then click on the drop down, beside the amount of steem you have.
Then you click on transfer.
Now you just have to input the username of who you are transferring to and the amount. You would also need your memo key:

Do you know how to power up your STEEM?
Yes, I do
First go to your steemit wallet.
Then click on Power up
Now you select amount of steem you want to use to power up:
