Assalamu alaikum, everyone. Today I am here to present my achievement 4 which is about APPLYING MARKDOWNS. I was told to write a article and apply at least five markdowns. I am writing a article about my college today.

Cantonment College Jashore
Cantonment College Jashore is a military college located in Bangladesh. The college is controlled by the Cantonment Board and the Bangladesh Army. The college was established in 1969. The college is famous for its high quality of teaching and examination results.

The college is located on the southeastern border of Jessore Cantonment, on the outskirts of the city, on a land of about 20 acres adjacent to the Arabpur Rail Crossing.

History of the college
The college was established in 1989 by the Department of Military Lands and Cantonments under the Ministry of Defense. The college started its activities in June 1989 in two small rooms of Dawood Public School inside Jessore Cantonment. At first the college started its journey with only 5 students. This was made possible by the efforts of the then Dawood Public School teacher Mozammel Hoque and the inspiration of the senior military officers. Even then the college was known as Dawood Public School and College. In 1983, Dawood was transferred from public school to college campus and renamed as Jessore Cantonment College. At first the college had only humanities branch. Later in 1986 science branch and in 1985 commerce branch were started. In the mid-nineties, the opportunity to study up to a degree was offered here.

In 2002, the college was certified as the best educational institution in the National Education Week. The college has a total of 8 teachers and 1603 students in the higher secondary branch and about 2500 students in the honors branch.

Education courses
Science, humanities and business education courses are offered in higher secondary classes. BA, B, S-S, O B, SC courses are offered in the undergraduate (pass) class. Undergraduate (honors) courses include Bangla, Economics, Political Science, Social Work, History and Culture of Islam, Islamic Education, Accounting, Management, BBA and Mathematics and Bangla, Economics, Political Science, Social Work, Accounting courses at Marstas.
