I feel so delighted to share this post with you all

Security! Security!! Security!!!.

To me Security is basically doing all you could to be saved from harm.

I really like how Collins Dictionary defined it
Security was referred to as all the measures that are taken to protect a place, or to ensure that only people with permission enter it or leave it.

The word only people with permission is key, so security definitely means restricting people from accessing what belongs to you thereby reducing the risk of theft.

Security is required on steem due to availability of several confidential information that's preferred private.

And this informations are kept in a safe which can only be access by KEYS

KEYS are vital and should be kept safe as it is the only means to access and retrieve informations.

I have personally saved my keys offline by printing it out and keeping it in my document bag.
I screenshotted it and saved it on Google photos also.

There are several keys on steemit with different function

OWNER KEY: This key is the powerful of all keys as it can be used to change any key of an account
It's advisable to store it offline, it's vital in the recovery of lost account.

ACTIVE KEY: This is necessary for transfer & power ups, useful in terms of transferring funds, placing a market order.

POSTING KEY: This key is for everyday logins,
It is the most used key as it is useful in terms of post, comment, edit, to follow or to vote.

MEMO KEY: This is used basically for encryption and decryption of memo

MASTER PASSWORD: This is the boss of them all and is very vital in account recovery.

It should be saved offline, I have done likewise, I have printed it out and it has been written in a safe journal also offline.

I am well aware of how to power up and Transfer token on steem.

There's a 3 parallel line a t the top right of an individual account, once it is clicked on Various options are being revealed....
To power up or Transfer click on wallet, log in with the ACTIVE KEY and perform your desired task.
