Achievement2 Task Basic Security on Steemit// @baonsquares

This post is to complete my #Achievement2 post required by Cryptokannon.
INTRODUCTION
Security is an act and process of limiting or preventing the access or interruption of a guest into a personalized data or property. (Baonsquares 2021).
Security can be of different types. Base on the point of application. It can be through a hardware, digital encryption, firewall, Device or data authentication systems or multilayered security systems.
In all our day to day operations, we need security. To prevent hackers and guest from accessing our confidential and classified data or properties.
Security System On Steemit
Security on Steemit is okay because they have different access keys for different operations e.g (1) Private Posting Key (2) Private Memo Key (3) Private Active Key (4) Private Owner Key. These keys are used for data encryption and decryption purpose. Different Organizations firms, and website have security blocks or layers to secure their database and organizational structures.
That is why STEEMIT as a global and multipurpose driven community programmed some set of layered security to secure their users accounts and informations.
Have I retrieve all my keys in Steemit?
Yes I have retrieved all my Steemit keys. And I secured them in my cloud storage system.
How can I keep my Steemit account secured?
My Steemit account can be secured by storing my keys in my cloud, and any other encrypted device or account on the web etc.
What are the keys used for?
This keys are use to secure and control access to my account functions such as the Ownership, Posting, Active, Memo.
Private Active key
This key is use for monetary transactions or related actions like Powering up, Transfer in your wallet etc.Private Posting key
This key grant access to your account to enable you carry out activities such as voting, commenting and posting with your steemit account.Private Memo key
This key is used to decrypt ( Grant Access) to private transfer memo.Private Owners key
This key is used for resetting of other keys. And if your account is been hacked into, you can use the keys to recover it under 30 days using; https://steemitwallet.com
How to transfer your steem token to another steem user account.
1 click on your wallet
2 click on Transfer Drop down Icon
3 A Dialogue box will appear then you fill in the username of the person you're transferring Steem to and the amount you are transferring.
4 Click on Next and Click on Ok
How to power up your Steem
Click on your wallet.
- Click on the STEEM Drop down icon and select POWER UP.
- A Dialog section will appear, Enter the amount you want to power up with and click on power-up.
