Hello my good people of #steemit,its will be my pleasure if you go through my own understanding of basic security in steemit.

Just like the bunch of keys you use in opening your houses and doors,each one has its own key and you can't use another door pad key to open another,the same goes with the security key in steemit.

Each one has its own purpose and meaning,so in steemit we have many keys which include the Posting key,active key,owner key,memo key,and lastly the master key.

posting key

The posting key is the key that is used in publishing a post,to edit a post or comment,you can use its to up vote and down vote,even to follow people and mute or unfollow people too.

Owner key

The owner key is used to reset both the active and posting keys,you can use its to decline voting rights and with owner key you can use its to recover your account.

memo key

This one is used to send and view an encrypted messages.

Master key

This is the most important key among all other key,you can use this key to derive all other keys for the account,so its is seen as the master of all other account.

These are the basic securities in steemit,so lets see how you can power up and transfer steem,even to transfer steem dollar to another accounnt.

How to transfer steem

Steem is tradable,so you can easily transfer its to another user of your choice,first click on your wallet you will see the place written steem,click on the small down arrow behind it,you will see the option then click on the transfer botton you can input the users you want to transfer its to👇

The same is applicable if you want to transfer your steem dollar to another account,use need to click on the small arrow beside the steem dollar then click on transfer too👇

#Powerup

We can transfer liquid Steem to steem power and this process is called power up.
Go to the wallet then click to the steem and the option will open, Click to the powerup and you type the amount you want to use and power up and then your Steem will convert into steem power and this process is called powering up your Steem. The more you have Steem power the more influence you will have in this platform,and the more reward will come to you.👇
