Achievement2 @aself Task //Basic Security On Steem//

Having have my achievement 1 verified, I said to myself, forward ever, backward never. I must say, I am extremely lucky to be part of this great family and with the positive vibes I am getting already, I believe I will make ways here.

Let bring our mind back home, Basic Security On Steem. What I fully understand here is that steem is social platform and some factors has being put in place to protect our interest from intruders and third party who want to steal or share in our glory without contributing.

1 Have You Retrieve All Your Keys On Steemit?

The answer here definitely is yes, I have retrieve all keys and I know how important and useful they are to me in this platform. Which I learned that I am not to disclose it to any third party for the purpose of security reasons.

2 Do You Know Each Of These Key Functions And Restrictions?

I think I am getting familiar with the keys and since they are unique, I will attempt the question.

Taking critical look at these chargers, they are both functional but they operate in different dimensions. Small pin charger is used to charge small cell phone like torch light phones unlike the flat mouth that is used to charge Android phones like wise is applicable to keys and their restrictions.
Here we have 3 main keys and they are:
1 Active Keys; Used for monetary and wallet related actions, such as transferring tokens or powering steem up and down. The restriction here is that is not meant to be share or disclose to anybody but for confidential purpose.
2 Private Posting Keys; used to login to steemit app and perform social action such as posting, commenting and voting when due.
3 Memo Keys; Liken to a mailbox key which gives one access to decrypt transfer with steem.

3 How Do You Plan To Keep Your Master Password?

The word master here means the head or person in authority that leads other. Master key is the final key here ad can be used to alter other keys. I plan to keep my master key as a secret because I don't want entertain an intruder in my house(steem)

4 Do You Know How To Transfer Your Steem Token To Another Steem User?

Yes, I can execute that with the help of my brother @benson6 and the class I attended thanks to @cryptokannon.
Recall vividly well what active key is uses for, this key helps me in making transaction from my account another account with the aid of active key.
All you need to go your wallet and you will steem accumulated there and you click on that arrow and it pop up to transfer, transfer to saving, market and the rest

you just need to click on transfer and it take to the next page that you need to put the steem user name which is the recipient and put the amount of the steem, there you have it and instantly the transaction is carried out but don't expect reciept please.

5 Do You Know To Power Up Your Steem?

To power up is not really difficult and is more like doing transfer to another steem user. Here the benefit of power up is to increase your reputation. I am yet to secure steem but I asked my friend to help me with screenshot.

There you have it on how to power up and steem has made life so simple that everything here is real and transparent. I love steemit and I wish to grow rapidly in all dimension.
