Good day dear newcomers community, I'm happy to be completing my achievement 4, I will merge my achievement 4 with a learnwithsteem article so as to waste less time in writing them both. My achievement 3 Link wasn't curated so please the steem greeter team should please drop the vote on this one.
Metals comes in two categories, which are ferrous and Non-ferrous Metals, the differences in them are not much but only a few characteristics makes the ferrous metal more durable. Below are the meaning and differentiations of each metals.

Ferrous is gotten from a latin word "Ferrum" and it means metals that have iron. Ferrous Metals aren't called ferrous just because of there's iron in it, but because these iron make them magnetic with strength and hardness. Most Ferrous Metals are vulnerable to rust when exposed to water and wind (moisture) due to their high carbon content.
Ferrous Metals Can Be Used As:
- Skyscrapers
- Bridges
- Railroads
- Domestic tools
- Vehicles
Ferrous metals list:
- Carbon Steel
- Engineering Steel
- Wrought Iron
- Cast Iron
- Stainless Steel
- Non-ferrous Metals

These are metals that doesn't have a significant amount of iron and have properties of non magnetism and low weight properties. Non ferrous are higher in demands which means they are cheaper than ferrous metals. There are very malleable which makes them easy to reshape and use without losing their values.
Non Ferrous Metals Can Be Used As:
- Containers
- Cutleries
- Pipelines
- Electric Cables
- Construction
- Engines
Non-ferrous metals list:
- Brass
- Copper (higher conductivity)
- Lead
- Tin
- Aluminium (low weight)
- Aluminium Alloys
- Zinc (resistant to corrosion)
