Relaxation?


It is surprising to see how there are many people who are stressed by situations that could be considered absurd; relaxation is a positive practice for all you are human since it lightens the body and mind at the same time, while oxygenating the soul.

There are many methods or practices that can cause relaxation and I took the liberty of separating it into 2 groups the "natural" and the "artificial". A Natural Relaxation is one that we obtain on our own without the help of external objects or individuals and Artificial Relaxation is one that we achieve through the implementation of external services or objects.

These are some of the few ways to relax that I can separate, but there are many more because we are all different individuals and we do not necessarily have to relax all in the same way there are people whose relaxation is to eat and for others because singing, what relaxes us depends on our tastes and feeling, since only we ourselves can get to know ourselves in totality. now let's talk a little more about some of these relaxation practices.

Meditation

Coming from ancient practices it is an act of intertwining between our material body and our soul, it is based on finding ourselves in a moment of fullness and serenity, some monks use a well-known meditation posture because they affirm that this facilitates the opening with the pure plane of our unconscious.


Get a massage

Many will say obviously a massage is relaxing, but no, the beautiful reality is that a massage should be painful since what really relaxes is not the massage, but the feeling of relief that is felt when those knots of pain that we carry from so much work and sleep badly are released, and our muscles and tendons are back as they should be.
