What we are learning in short professional courses!!

In this digital period, I've seen there are many types of teaching institutions that have a lot of promise. I myself have studied in many institutions and tried to learn about the type of education. But I have seen their stinginess in teaching, their business is bigger than education, it seems that giving certificates is the main thing for them and there is a tendency among students that getting a certificate is more important than education. As a result, we didn't achieve well education & after all country is falling behind.
If you look at the private companies in our country, you will see that there are many companies that are dominated by foreigners. But why? You will easily find the answer to this question, there are no suitable people in our country who are enough skilled, so they do not want to take any risk by hiring local people.

The root cause of this problem is our inexperience in teaching. The second is to turn teaching into a business. You will see that the more courses that are offered for less money, the more students they can get. But what is the rule of education? Once upon a time, after passing Class VIII, the teachers would advise the best students to go to the science department and gradually to other groups. At present we see that students, whether they are talented or not, can study in Science, Arts or Commerce as they wish and which we are getting the results.

This is the condition of the educational institution? But what about our student / parents let's see. Most of the students or parents give the first priority about costs,
how much less spend better courses can be done, suppose an institution offers one more course in the one package. We will target that without thinking about quality.

For example, On social media, an attractive package that do a web design course for only one thousand taka and earns 50/60 thousand take per month. Anyone can easily be attracted to the course to be admitted dependent on a smartphone. But they don't think about what web design is? Is there all instrument available in

hand to learn web design? Whether he has complete basic knowledge of the computer? This is the real figure in our country? The Institutions target how they increase more students to get more money and student targeted how to get a certificate in a faster way.

I can tell from my experience that I have found a couple of people who have done a course in an institution for 6 months but after the introductory ceremony he never went again but one day he has achieved the certificate?

Finally, I would like to request both the students and the educational institutions to give real education without trying to give such education. I request the administration to pay attention to this matter.
