Contest Topic Of The Week No18 Has The Pandemic Affected Your Lifestyle? // PRICE FUND - 30 STEEM.

This is a story about our lives in Russia and how this pandemic affected our lives as foreigners in this great country. I came to russia in 2014 as a medical student. We felt love with this great country. We made a lot of friends here. But in from the last year the situation in Russia was little bit different. It is not just in Russia but in the whole world. It is because of this pandemic situation. It was hard times for us in the aspect of learning and in the financial wise. We were locked down in our hostels and our parents were so scared of the situation in Russia.

But as medical students, we knew that our job is to secure the lives of people. We had to accept the situation and work according to what we have learn.

There was a chance that provided from the russian government to work in the COVID hospitals for every medical student over 4th course. Although we are foreigners, we took our first step to save the lives in this great country. As we were students from Sri Lanka , there were around 10 students who stepped forward for this great mission while studying. It was hard for us to do the studies and work at the same time. But we did it for the sake of saving others lives. There were times that nobody was allowed to walk in streets. But there were thousands of patients are coming to the hospital. Unfortunately some are not making even to the hospital. Some are died while in the hospitals. Some are lying in the beds asking for help. We went through a lot in those days. But we did everything possible to save their lives.

I hope that this pandemic situation has affected to our lives in so many bad ways. But there were some lessons that we took from this. How important to work as a team, to help each other and to care for others in this kind of situation. Im still in the pathway to become a doctor, but i already know how important and responsible is this profession. This pandemic situation changed the whole life taught me the lesson how to care for others and how to serve people. I will dedicate my rest of my life for the well-being of the mankind.

Это история о нашей жизни в России и о том, как эта пандемия изменила нашу жизнь иностранцев в этой великой стране. Я приехал в россию в 2014 году студентом-медиком. Мы полюбили эту великую страну. Здесь у нас появилось много друзей. Но по сравнению с прошлым годом ситуация в России немного изменилась. Это не только в России, но и во всем мире. Это из-за этой пандемической ситуации. Это были тяжелые времена для нас как в плане обучения, так и в финансовом отношении. Нас заперли в общежитиях, и наши родители очень боялись ситуации в России.

Но, будучи студентами-медиками, мы знали, что наша работа - защищать жизни людей. Мы должны были принять ситуацию и работать в соответствии с тем, что мы узнали.

Предоставленный правительством России шанс поработать в больницах COVID каждому студенту-медику 4-го курса. Хотя мы иностранцы, мы сделали первый шаг к спасению жизней в этой великой стране. Поскольку мы были студентами из Шри-Ланки, около 10 студентов выступили вперед для выполнения этой великой миссии во время учебы. Нам было тяжело одновременно заниматься учебой и работой. Но мы сделали это ради спасения других жизней. Были времена, когда никому не разрешалось ходить по улицам. Но в больницу поступают тысячи пациентов. К сожалению, некоторые не добираются даже до больницы. Некоторые умерли в больницах. Некоторые лежат в кроватях и просят о помощи. В те дни мы через многое прошли. Но мы сделали все возможное, чтобы спасти их жизни.

Я надеюсь, что эта ситуация с пандемией сильно повлияла на нашу жизнь. Но мы извлекли из этого несколько уроков. Как важно работать в команде, помогать друг другу и заботиться о других в подобной ситуации. Я все еще на пути к тому, чтобы стать врачом, но я уже знаю, насколько важна и ответственна эта профессия. Эта пандемия изменила всю жизнь и преподала мне урок, как заботиться о других и как служить людям. Я посвящу остаток своей жизни благополучию человечества.
