No, it is cold for some time of the year (this is November, December, January, February, March, part of April) in most of the country - this is where it is from -30 to 5 degrees Celsius. In the south, where the Black Sea is about +10 C heat during this period. From April to October it gets warmer and there is no snow. In summer, it can reach + 30 degrees.
great here it is always between 36-37º, but it really seems like they were 100º XD XD
