I cant forget the day i first tried eating grasshoppers. I always did not like them but my family liked them. I would cook them myself and they had a very nice aroma though i failed to taste them even once. One day after cooking, i decided to taste and have some. I served myself and ate. Immediately i chewed the first round and wanted to swallow, I started chocking all of a sudden, i tried as much as i could to swallow but i could not. I wanted to throw back, i started sweating 😓 just like that.

It was really hard for me. Yet in Uganda, very many people love grasshoppers. At times i get taken by their sweet aroma but sadly i cant eat them. I tried once and i felt like i was going to throw back. I even got a running stomach so i decided to leave them for those who can eat them. My first experience was the last.
