Salmon Fish Egg Fired recipe

I hope you all will have memorable Eid days and enjoy a lot with your family. Eid is a special day for all Muslims like us. In this Eid Ul Adha, we enjoyed a lot of meat in various ways. I almost gasped while eating the beef. I thought to cook something else in the lunch which will change the taste of our mouth and everyone will like it. So I decided to cook fish egg curry. I am not a fish eater but I love this fish egg recipe.

First I took the raw fish egg and washed it very cleanly. I have to be careful because if I roughly wash it then all the eggs will be washed away. In the whole egg fish I took 250 gram quantity to cook it rest of it I kept in the freezer.

I put a pan on the stove. After heating the pan then I put the oil in it and waited to make it warm. When the oil is properly heated then I put cut onion in it.

In the third step after frying the onion, I put the turmeric powder and chili powder in it.

After being frying all the ingredients then I put in the onion paste, garlic paste and ginger paste. Then when all the masala is fired well put 4 pcs green chili in it.

In the fourth step when all the masala is well fried then I put the salmon fish egg in it and fried it very well. We have to wait to fry the egg otherwise it will smell stinky fishy.

When all the fish are fired finally add the coriander to it. After putting the coriander in it and it looks so delicious.

In the final step, on a plate, I served the salmon fish egg. All the family members have this item in our yesterday lunch.

You may eat this with paratha, roti, and also with rice.
