I like the theme of this contest because honestly I am a food lover, especially if it is unique food, I will be very happy to try it because I am also curious about its shape but also its taste, so I will participate again for this contest.

Tell us about the recipes you make.

In this participation, I want to make a very unique recipe, this is chocolate pudding with milk pudding shaped like a mushroom🍄‍🟫 You can see from its unique shape, it is so cute, shaped like a mushroom, I like its shape, it is very unique and of course it tastes very good, here I will share this unique mushroom pudding recipe🍄‍🟫

Ingredients:

7 grams of chocolate agar-agar
7 grams of plan agar-agar
400 milliliters of milk
10 tablespoons of granulated sugar

How to make:

• The first step is I make the milk agar agar first, here I add one sachet of agar agar plan about 7 g

• then I added 6 tablespoons of granulated sugar then I mixed everything after that I added 400 ml of milk

• then I cooked it on medium heat for about 7 minutes while stirring, after that I waited for it to cool for a while, then I put it in a glass until it hardened.

• The next step I made was chocolate pudding. Here, the method of making it is almost the same as milk pudding. I added 1 chocolate jelly.

• Then I also added 6 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 300 milliliters of water, then I cooked it on medium heat for about 7 minutes while stirring, then I let it cool for a while and put it in the mold, wait until it hardens.
