It sounds as if you are the parent in the household. Is there a reason you wake up and do all the house chores while the rest of the family is in bed? Your nephew does not have a mother?
My nephew's mother is a working woman. She works in a company. So I have to take care of my nephew. Doing own household work is not bad thing. I love to clean my house and love to see beautiful. That day other members of the family is not present at home. So I have to do all the work.
