How are your friends? I hope everyone is well and I am well too. Alhamdulillah, today I have come to participate in a recipe contest organized by @ripon0630 sir. For this, I would like to thank you for presenting such a beautiful contest among us. Today, I will present a recipe that can be made in 10 minutes. That is, as a quick recipe, I am going to present a recipe for small fish stuffing. But let's go through the ingredients and the preparation method is described below.

The Process of Receipe
Step 01
First I washed the small fish thoroughly. Here I have to clean the fish very carefully so that the cut does not stick to my hands. Then I peeled the onion, green chilli and garlic well and cut them into small pieces. Then I took oil salt and turmeric in a bowl.

Then I put the fry pan small fish, onion, garlic, green chilli and everything in it. Then I add the remaining spices and oil.

Then I mix everything well and leave it to cook on low heat for a while. After that, my cooking will be complete in five minutes and the small fish will be cooked. Because it doesn't take much time to cook small fish, once the fish is cooked well, I will fry them very well so that there are no water in them.

✅ Are there any tips for making the 10-minute dish more flavorful?
Of course, I can use some different tips to make this dish delicious. Here I have used small fish, but if anyone wants, you can use shrimp instead of small fish. This type of stuffing recipe can also be made with just shrimp. In the same process, you can boil those shrimps well, fry them, make stuffing and serve it for food.
✅ Is the dish for one person or several people?
Of course, today's recipe I made is for several people, where three to four people can easily enjoy my recipe because here I took a little less than half a kilo of small fish and mixed it with onion and garlic to make a lot of stuffing that we can serve three to four people for lunch or dinner.
✅ Is this dish healthy? Will it cause any problems in digestion?
Of course, today's recipe I have prepared is healthy and will not cause any digestion problems and we should include such recipes prepared by in our diet about two to one day a week. It is very beneficial for our body and small fish helps a lot in increasing eyesight. Also, small fish helps and is very beneficial in brain growth, so my today's recipe is quite useful as food.
