Vegetables help to fulfill the nutritional needs of the body. Vegetables play an immense role in keeping the body healthy and beautiful.

Now sharing how I cooked egg and anchor dal vegetables.

Method of preparation:


I took some fresh vegetables. I chose some vegetables from the vegetables I had at home. I took eggs and anchor dal with me.

MaterialsQuantity
1. Potatoes2 piece
2. Carrot1 piece
3. Seam1 cup
4. Gourd1/4
5. Misty Pumpkin1/4
6. papaya1/4
7.1 eggs.1 piece
8. One cup of anchor dal.1 cup
9. onion3 piece
10. Amount of garam masala.To your liking
11. Add as much ginger, garlic and cumin.To your liking
12. saltTo your liking
13. Equal amount of ghee.

First, I washed all the vegetables well, soaked them in water and cut them into small pieces. Now wash the anchor dals well, drain the water and put some oil in a bowl, add some garlic paste, some garam masala, cardamom, cinnamon, salt and bay leaves and fry them in oil for a while. Fry a few pieces in oil. After that, shake some pieces with enough water and grind the dal well. After that, add some chopped vegetables to it. Until the end. Before lowering the green chillies and coriander leaves should be lowered with a small amount of ghee. Various vegetables are available in winter, it can be prepared easily with the vegetables of your choice
This vegetable is delicious. If there is variety in the food, boys and girls are easily attracted to it. We should attract everyone in the family to eat vegetables, children are fond of imitation. In the daily food list

Due to not being able to have as many seasonal vegetables in their diet every day, at least on holidays I can have a vegetable item with fresh vegetables which will help them meet their nutritional needs.
