đŧHello #Steemit Stale. How are you allđŧ
I am Md Sumon Rahaman. I use the username @sumon03 on #Steemit.
I am from #Bangladesh among you.
Baboons, also called weavers, are a sparrow-like member of the Passeridae family in the order Passeriformes. The entrance tunnel to the hanging house is rather twisted. The bird is famous for making exquisite nests like woven baskets. Because of this, many people call Babui birds often weaver birds.
The scientific name of the Babui bird is Ploceous benghalensis. Black-breasted Weaver in English.
Babui is a beautiful bird. Their nests have very complex structure and a stunning shape. Baboons are species that can build multi-chambered nests.
As the engineer-artist Babui Pakhi is referred to. They are alone and cannot make their house beautiful. They are very social animals and once lived in colonies.
Males of most baboon species are fairly brightly colored. During the breeding season, different species display color variations.
A bird's nest is like an upside-down pitcher. Babu works hard to build a house. Leaving the lips lining the grass. To bring out the round shape, gently rub the belly. There are two downhill holes at the start. Later, by closing off one side, a place is also made to store the eggs. The long exit and entrance are on opposite sides. Jonaki brings insects and maintains them inside the house to light up the place at night.
Babu's birds carefully build their nests using palm fronds, carbon leaves, straw, and tall palm, coconut, cardamom, and palm trees. When the house sways between the big, big palm trees, it looks wonderful. Even in these fierce storms, their creative minds are impervious to damage. They usually eat a variety of seeds, grains, insects, grasses, leaves of small plants, flower nectar, etc. They breed during summer from May to September. They usually have access to food and can nest in thorn trees. Tall grass forests and reed forests are home to black-cheeked baboons. The body color of the male changes significantly during the breeding season. The silver on the male's head changes to a golden-yellow color.
Cheek and ear coverts light brown to white. Throat white, neck gray-black. On the chest, a wide black ribbon. White belly with brown or yellow tinge. There are dark longitudinal spots on the back. Like wintering males, breeding females are slightly brighter than at other times.
Females and sterile males have a black stripe with a yellow center on the head and neck. Black and yellow markings that run the length of the body.
The ear lobes are brown, the belly is yellow, and both the eyebrows and throat are yellow. Part of the black band on the chest is missing. Male or female, lips black and eyes pale brown.
The baboon nests along quaint village walks, on sloping high ground, and occasionally in the palm fronds adorning building boundaries. Which fascinated people. That palm tree is now on its way to extinction.
Babu's birds are quite rare. In villages, they build their nests in palm, coconut, and cardamom trees. It is everyone's duty to protect this young bird from extinction and environmental damage.
